New Iceland Heritage Museum requires

   2. Museum Assistant

May 13 to September 2, 2019, 30 hours/week

The ideal candidate will be a post-secondary student studying history, Icelandic studies, art and cultural management, or tourism.

• Familiarity with local and regional history is a definite asset
• The candidate must have strong public relations skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision
• Strong computer skills are required
• Position will require working weekends

For 1 position: Must be returning to school in the fall
For 1 position: Must be between the ages of 15 – 30 years of age
